What Does 'Inner Alignment' Actually Mean?

Inner alignment is when your body, thoughts, and emotions are congruent and working toward what you actually want—instead of unconsciously recreating old patterns.

Most of us spend our days misaligned: our body is in fight-or-flight, our thoughts are in the future (anxious) or past (regretful), and our emotions are reactions to old triggers instead of responses to present reality.

When you're misaligned, you create more of what you don't want—stress, stuck-ness, exhaustion—even when you're "doing everything right."

When you're aligned, you naturally create what you desire because your entire system is oriented toward it.

The mechanics?

  • Your nervous system determines what feels safe to create

  • Your thoughts wire neural pathways (practiced patterns repeat automatically)

  • Your emotions are energy in motion—what you feel most is what you attract more of

  • Your cells literally have receptors for whatever chemicals they've been flooded with recently
